Hi,

does anyone know how to create a sequence annotation figure that looks something like this? I'd like to add it to a poster I'm making https://postimg.cc/F7fFP5VP

If you know R, you could probably use the Gviz library to make a figure like that. It's good for making simple or complex track-like figures of genomic features and data.

I think the figure have been made using CLCgenomiqueworkbench. You could also make a figure like this using the R package gggenes 📦.

If you like Python, Easyfig could be a good option.
