Question:

Show transcripts, and match IDs with the genomics tracks. Use the transcript flags and genomic track to indicate the difference between BRCA2-201 and BRCA2-206.

is my answer correct? looking at these page:

http://uswest.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=ENSG00000139618;r=13:32315086-32400268

In BRCA2-201 and BRCA2-206 there is no difference in the exons and protein coding sequence. The only difference is in the 5' end and they have different 5'-UTR spot. So, the TSL is different TSL5 and TSL1 for BRCA2-201 and BRCA2-206, respectively.

It doesn't look good, Rob, that this is the second question that you've posted in relation to your exam / course work. You should not be posting these, in my opinion
