I have developed these plots by using scRNA Single-cell data and I want to interpret these plots and compare A and B with the other 4:

What are your criteria for comparison? What questions are you trying to answer? Do they all have something in common? Do they have something which makes them different from each other? If you could be as specific as possible, it would be very helpful and perhaps some answers would start to emerge. The fewer things we have to assume, the better.
