solution for lncRNA naming issues for annotation and Functional analysis

I have few list of LncRNA start as 'RP11-' I would like to know their known functional aspects/literature. However, it seems these name notation has lot of issues and simple google search doesn't yield any relavant o/p. How one can deal with these sort of lncRNAs.

try searcing Pubmed instead of Google. I was able to find several papers studying RP11- lncRNAs using Pubmed search.

Thanks, However, I want to know, some database/resources where I can simply get all other alternate names in use for a list of lncRNA's starting with 'RP11-'.
