This Sequence Logo is an alternative that gives you full control over how the graphics should look like. All the inner workings of this open source application are written in native javascript. The application is independent of the internet once it is saved as a html file on the PC/Mobile phone.

+1 Handy little tool. There is a typo, it says bootom rather than bottom right of the two boxes one can check.

Also, "bottom line" has a specific meaning in English language that could be confused with the intended meaning here. Maybe baseline, baseline font size and baseline ticks?
