HI all,

is there one place where I can find all the reference datasets (RNAseq, WGS, WES) for human for different platform (10X, nanopore, illumina)?

SRA? or EBI?

perhaps also the 'dataset' section of NCBI might be of use?

Genome in a bottle (GIAB) reference datasets are likely your best bet.
