Hi !
what is the difference between the different models of the Hiseq sequencer: Hiseq 4000 Hiseq 2000 ....2500, tenX. it does not give differences between our data?
Thanks

Illumina's stated policy has been that sequence one gets should be equivalent irrespective of the model of sequencer/chemistry used. That is largely true for most applications.
HiSeq sequencers have been discontinued and will go end-of-life in next couple of years. HiSeq 2000 and 2500 used normal flowcells. HiSeq 4000, X introduced patterned flowcells (with nano-wells) that increased the data yields significantly. They all used 4-color chemistry. Illumina seems to have scrubbed all information about HiSeq sequencers from their site but if you search around you can find old blog posts and specs.
