Hello.
When using EDGE-pro I'm getting negative counts and coverage values only for one of the genes. For instance, for one sample I got a coverage of -11564.5 and -168130 reads. These negative values are consistent for this gene throughout all the samples from a certain bacteria strain.
Do you have a suggestion or knowledge about why that might be the case?
