I am trying to figure out how to get the standard errors for the cross-validation errors estimates to determine the best K. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I can only find a point estimate in the log output file, and the manual mentions that the number in parentheses is the standard error of the estimate, but I don't see any number in parentheses? I also tried adding the bootstrapping flag (-B), but only see standard errors added to the .Q_se output file. I am not sure if I am missing something silly but let me know if you have any advice!
