Bogdan - I would be happy to, but could you please describe (approximately) your goals for the experiment? It will help me to describe the reliability.
Thank you Vincent. I would like to evaluate whether 4C can capture the inter-chromosomal contacts that have been characterized in MCF7 cells after estradiol treatment. For example, in the publication :

the authors describe the interactions between TFF1 and GREB1 gene loci that are located on different chromosomes (figure 4). Thank you.
