Hello guys, I have a question, when you do the heatmap for a chip-seq like this one in the tutorial,

https://hbctraining.github.io/Intro-to-ChIPseq/lessons/10_data_visualization.html

Do you use the informations in the bigwig file for all the genome or just part of it? because I ended up having huge files impossible to process ...

thanks for help

What computational resources do you have available?

Hi Rpolicastro, I use a multicore workstation from the institute with 60GB of RAM. I m new to this analysis and I was wondering if it's normal to use bed and bigWig files with over 5 million of objects (rows)

thanks
