Hi all,
Fragment size of ctDNA offered us another dimension data, since cfDNA from tumors tended to smaller than normal ones.
As displayed in "Genome-wide cell-free DNA fragmentation in patients with cancer", fig.2 offered me a direct information (or comparison) between normal and tumors.
I am wondering is there any tool to generate such a figure from a single bam or batch of bams?
Thanks, Junfeng
