Dear Community,
I am looking for a freelancer bioinformatician with experience in end-to-end scRNA-seq data analyses. He/She should have fairly good knowledge of different platforms, acquisition of these datasets and harmonisation of these datasets coming from different platforms.
It will be a small term project but has potential to turn into a long-term collaboration.
The candidate should be well versed with python & Dash. The data will be extracted and processed on a cloud environment and we will take care of the cost.
We do not have a budget constraint for a good candidate.
Since this is the first time we are outsourcing therefore no history.

In addition to requirements, you are supposed to post service costs offered, other relevant details such as data I/O costs, data location, hardware, and any other relevant fiscal details. Past contract history would help better understand contractor history.
