Hi!

I've got CG cluster numbers (e.g. cg00095089) and am trying to find corresponding chromosomal coordinates and gene IDs using the UCSC genome browser's GENCODEV39 track with "knownGENE" as the table. When I try to define the region of interest using a CG cluster number, it says "couldn't locate." I'm not sure if I'm using the right table or really what's gone wrong. I'd really appreciate any help or guidance.

Thank you very much!

Sasha

Where does your CpG ID come from ? EPIC array or other ?

It came from an Illumina HM450K methylation array.

Thank you Basti! I found the HM450K manifest and the column headings.
