How could I find a position when variant is giving as shown in the title. As far as I know, what I want is something like chr13:32,929,714-32,933,577.

EDIT. I use VariantValidator but it is a bit time consuming. I was wondering if there a more quicker way to do this.

You can search by the gene name if it is included in the data, then IGV automatically will give you the position on the genome.

yes thanks! I did that but then how can I find the position in the gene. in the title I put 12345 but it is actually 6938. How can I go directly in a easy way? And it is for clinical analysis to I need to ensure that I am in the position I really want to be.
