How can I investigate the transcriptome of interacting cells?

Hi folks,

I am interested in the transcriptome of interacting cells. Is there a way to perform scRNASeq while an immune cell and a tumour cell are interacting and see which genes are up- and downregulated in the immune and tumour cell?
