How can I plot a Venn diagram with known intersections producing by vcf-compare

I m trying to plot a Venn diagram with known intersections producing by vcf-compare. But I can't find a proper tools for a 5D Venn diagram. Anyone know how to do that?

There are a lot of tools like that, but I only have a list of intersection.

indeed, though most of them only provide diagrams for up to 4 sets.

what do you mean with "I only have intersections"?
