Hello everyone, I'm looking for bulk RNA-Seq datasets or cell line datasets in which a specific gene of interest has been silenced. I explored Depmap website, in particular the RNAi Achille project cell lines but I don't know how to properly look for a cell line based on the silencing of a specific gene. How can I deal with this? Thank you very much.
