MAXIT converting tool

I need to use a MAXIT converter tool for converting PDB files to mmcif. But while I install it on Ubuntu, I get an error during ' make' process. Can someone to know to solve this problem help me? Thanks.

I compiled MAXIT some time ago. I don't remember details, but I think I had to tweak something (probably makefiles).

MAXIT is also available through online service, this should be easier:

There are also other programs that can convert PDB<->mmCIF. Here is one that I'm maintaining, available through web app:
