Hi everyone,

I am considering BRB-seq for a new study that would include roughly 400 human whole-blood RNA samples and I originally though of buying a globin depletion kit from e.g. Thermo or Illumina.

I found that a company called Alithea Genomics is selling BRB-seq kits with integrated globin depletion and I was wondering if anyone has experience with those.

Has anyone already tried the BRB-seq kits from Alithea and can comment on the general data quality and/or globin depletion efficiency?

Thanks in advance!

Lukas

While someone may answer, this is not the right forum for this question. Please ask over at an experimental forum like biology stackexchange, SeqAnswers.com etc.
