Vcf stat about consequences

To annotate my vcf i use vep, for that i Split my vcf in 100 small vcf to do it in parallele.

Vep is able to produces an HTML report with type of variant, impact etc. But i Can get it for each small vcf Split, how to merge it to obtain one HTML report for the whole vcf ?

Maybe there are other tools to get it ?

Hi quentin54520,

Please run VEP on the original VCF, i.e., before you split it into 100 smaller VCFs.
