Hello,
I tried to using "Single cell VDJ immunoassay using Seurat'. So I followed the website: https://programmersought.com/article/73676084536/.
I tried to download the demo data"vdj_v1_mm_balbc_pbmc.zip".
I went to https://support.10xgenomics.com/single-cell-vdj/datasets/3.0.0/vdj_v1_mm_balbc_pbmc_5gex.
Where I cam download the data "vdj_v1_mm_balbc_pbmc.zip"?
Thank you in advance for your great help!
Best,
Yue
Hello GenoMax,
I have already registered in the 10xgenomics website.
My question is which file is "vdj_v1_mm_balbc_pbmc.zip"?
Thank you in advance for your great help!
Best,
Yue
If you are looking for fastq data then it is in tar compressed format. There is no zip file as far as I can see. Tutorial you linked above seems to be referencing a private download that may have been for that specific workshop.
Hello GenoMax,
Thank you so much for your quick response!
Thank you again!
Best,
Yue
