How to Extract Sample Id's from .bed|.fam|.bim files and be able to translate sample IDs from GWAS IDs to IDs of a given cohort

FAM file is a text file, open in any text editor, first column is Family ID, second Individual ID.

Or use command line to Take nth column in a text file.
