DGE adjusted p-value

For differential gene expression analysis done on single-cell RNA-seq data, Seurat generates a table that shows you the genes and the log fold change, pct.1, pct.2, p-value, and adjusted p-value. Should we rely on the adjusted p-value in any way? I have been just focusing on the significant p-values even if the adjusted p-value is high.

Always use adjusted p-values. You cannot use unadjusted p values when testing a thousand genes at once.
