DiscoSnp++: filtering paralogs

Hello,

I'm using DiscoSnp++ in reference free mode. I would like to filter out paralogs, and I tried using filter_paralogs.py that is provided for discoSnpRAD, but I see that this needs clustering information in the .vcf file. Does DiscoSnp++ even output clustering information, especially in reference free mode? If not, is there any other way to filter paralogs from reference free DiscoSnp++ .vcf?
