I have a list of 5000 snps and I want to find the frequency of recombination between them. Is there a genetic map with centimorgan distance of all SNPs hg19?
The standard genetic map used for imputation may be what you want: https://mathgen.stats.ox.ac.uk/impute/1000GP_Phase3.html
But what if there is not the position of one of my snps in the 1000G_genomic_map_file? How can I calculate is centimorgan distance?
Let's say I have to calculate the distance in centimorgan between this two snps:
And in the map file I only have this positions and centimorgan:
Is there a way to calculate the distance between the 2 snps?
User has created a new question, here: Centimorgan Distance map file
I've deleted that post. User can continue their thread here.
thank you! ;)
