Does anyone know how to use HSF 3?

I acquired several credits for VCF analysis. But after uploading my VCF, the status kept in "waiting" for a day on the web interface.

I also tried to use their API. I could successfully connect to their server. But I failed at uploading step with following message:

{"message":"Unauthenticated."}

I've sent a request for their assistance, but they haven't replied yet.

Anyone know how to deal with it?

Due to offline of VCF tools, it caused suspended processing. Now it is available. BTW, their reference in uploading step is misguiding. -d parameter does not upload files to their server. Use -F "vcf_file"=@/path/to/*.vcf. To input correct token, {} should be removed.
