IGV base counts do not add up to total count

When visualizing bam in IGV, total count is 2294 while ACGT and del only add up to 1092, does anybody have any idea why this is? Thanks!

Check the preferences/options, there is a Downsample setting that results in hiding reads, which may as such also be missing here..

I was using the online version. Now switched to APP and I see the option. Yep, the counts are correct now, thanks!
