blastn of complement or reverse strand

Hi, Is there a way to perform blastn also on reverse sequences ? (i.e not reverse complement but only reverse)

Simultaneous search won't work but you could:

• reverse the query sequence and blast with that.

or

• reverse your target sequences and build a blast database out of that data.
