I am interested in the gene MIR122HG, the precusor RNA of miRNA-122. I want to know whether there is a database , repository or important publications for which I can get RNa seq datasets prepared by ribosomal depletion method? Upon obtaining the data I will like to generate generate the FPKM of normal and liver cancer sample of MIR122HG.

I have found one paper , howver it talks about only normal tissues across different datasets Choy, J.Y., Boon, P.L., Bertin, N. and Fullwood, M.J., 2015. A resource of ribosomal RNA-depleted RNA-Seq data from different normal adult and fetal human tissues. Scientific data, 2(1), pp.1-7.

Any information will be helpful for resource.

You may find something in GEO https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/.
