Hi Mensur,

I removed the embedded video from your post because although most of us can appreciate the irony fom your comment, it is too distracting and definitely unrelated to bioinformatics. It certainly doesn't help the OP, neither in crafting better questions, nor in understanding the PAIN acronym. I left the link though, in case some people are interested in knowing about intra-uterine devices.
