Cytoscape: Representation of gene expressions as squares sorted by group

Hello, is there a possibility to represent genes by group in squares? Grouping by now results in a circular representation of the genes. Squares would be more space efficiant. Is this possible in cytoscape?

Hi Werner,

Well, there is no automatic way to do that, but if you don't have many groups, you can select all of the nodes in the group, do a grid layout of only selected nodes, position that square, then move to the next group.
