Finding DEGs using script available in Trinity for RSEM

I tried to execute run_DE_analysis.pl script. I am having error as- Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /cabinfs/opt/applications/trinity/trinityrnaseq-Trinity-v2.5.1/Analysis/DifferentialExpression/run_DE_analysis.pl line 383.

Kindly help. Thanks in advance!

Help us help you. It is not like anyone knows off the top of their head what is in line 383 of that particular script, and that is even assuming that people know what script you are talking about. So if you tell us your full command and what is in line 383 of that script we may have enough information.
