Which companies/institutions allow you to use their servers for bioinformatics analysis?

I have PacBio Isoseq data that I want to analyze. I do not have access to a server. Do companies aside from AWS allow you to pay to use their servers?

If you are affliated to a university or research campus check with IT department for availability of servers and/or HPCs. Often these are available but IT guys are notoriously bad at advertising them so you simply might not be aware of free and powerful solutions right at your campus.

I work at a biotech company and not a university. We work with some consultants from academia. I can see if that qualifies as "affiliated to a university"

In Europe, there are a number of academic clouds where you could get resources, e.g. de.NBI cloud, EMBL's Embassy cloud or EGI. Various European countries also have their own programs for providing access to compute resources (e.g. Pouta in Finland). You can search for more on the European Open Science Cloud portal. I would suggest to also look at public Galaxy instances, e.g. usegalaxy.eu in Europe (as well as national instances, e.g. usegalaxy.fr) or usegalaxy.org in the US.

I'm in the US and it doesn't seem like those European academic clouds will let me have an account. It looks like the RNAseq tools have been depreciated in Galaxy- so it doesn't seem like Galaxy will work for me.

Not sure what you're referring to but there are definitely RNA seq tools in Galaxy, at least in use.galaxy.eu which anyone can access. There are even recent articles on how to use Galaxy for RNA seq analysis like this one or these tutorials.

I think google cloud too. compute time is money so its hard to imagine getting this service for free, but people may have some ideas here. i might try to break up the files you want to analyze into small enough chunks that you can do it on your own laptop computer without overloading the memory. not all tools will be available for MAC/PC operating systems but a lot of them are
