I use R package ggplot2 to draw a line chart, but it's too cluttered. Does ggplot2 has a function to filter? Like HP filter. And my data is a dataframe.
You mean a smoother such as a GAM or loess fit? Check
geom_smooth(), just google it, many posts on that.Thank you very much, I will try it.
