How can I map a mouse SNP (chrom: pos) to a gene?

I have the chrom: pos for each of the SNPs I am looking at and I want to figure out the gene that it relates to, so then I can take it a step further and relate it to gene function. Is there a way I can do this with the UCSC genome browser?

If your list of SNPs is sizable, you should consider BioMart from ensembl instead.

Okay great thanks! I am only going through 20-50 SNPs so not too large of a dataset.
