Hi everyone!,

I am running code from the cp_manuscript_code step 50 from Giotto on the data that they suggest, but upon running the step no 50, I encounter this error:

Error in `:=`(spec_int, paste0(cell_type, "--", int_cell_type)) :    Check that is.data.table(DT) == TRUE. Otherwise, := and `:=`(...) are defined for use in j, once only and in particular ways. See help(":=").

Would someone please suggest what should I do?
