A question about STAR and SLURM

Hi all,

I have a question about using STAR on a cluster managed with SLURM. When I am setting --runThreadN 10 in STAR. Should I select -N 10 or -n 10 (or something else) in SLURM? I am so confused. Thanks in advance!

It should be -n 10 (tasks). You will want to use -N 1 to keep them all on the same node in addition.
