  1. In illumina sequencing, during bridge amplification, one type of strand( in videos, there are mentioning it as reverse strand) is cleaved. I don't know the exact reason for choosing one type of strand to be cleaved.

  2. Furthermore, our input sequence is reversed in the final output of cluster generation. Is this correct or not?

Anyone help me with this?

By the way, in my opinion you are not off to a great start. You asked a related question in the other thread, yet you are are not upvoting or otherwise acknowledging the answers. That's a recipe for having people avoid your posts. I don't mean primarily because you are not upvoting. It has to do with a lack of any interaction, as it gives the impression that you are expecting others to help even when you offer no feedback in return. I occasionally try to help people who ignore my anwers completely, and it is not easy convincing myself to keep responding to their posts.
