I am looking for a reference panel to run deconvolution on RNASeq generated from blood samples. Any suggestions? I do not want to use LM22 as it is microarray data.

Is this the sort of thing you're talking about? Robust enumeration of cell subsets from tissue expression profiles. If you're looking to characterize cell-type composition of samples based on gene expression signatures does it matter if the original signature is based on microarrays? A gene expression profile is a gene expression profile. On the other hand, it looks like Ash and Max have updated CYBERSORT to CYBERSORTx, both methods based on tissue transcriptomes - if that's what you're trying to do.
