I am interested to know if there is a repository of only single cell genomic sequencing as open source or for students research (phd/bachelor's) Thank you

Single cell data is in essence not much different from 'normal' RNAseq. You can thus find them in the same sort of repositories: ENA, SRA, ...

You will need to specify when querying them that you are looking for scRNAseq.

EDIT: this might not all be completely relevant in the case of genome single cell data

Is OP looking for sc DNA seq? (as opposed to scRNAseq)

genomic word in the question certainly seems to imply so.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=SAMN14945175 has sequence data from single human cells from this paper https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13059-021-02406-y
