Dear all

I can't understand the complexity_diff of sn/scRNASeq. This is the deference between observed and expected. Does this low and high complexities seem normal? Like what is the normal values in sn/scRNASeq. Thank you very much enter image description here

This graph is mostly just telling you that after a certain read coverage in a cell (~30k) you are getting diminishing returns due to exhaustion of unique molecules and the appearance of more and more PCR duplicates. Not sure if this is 10X but this looks fairly normal for 10X at least.
