Hey everybody

I have a set of approximately 20 pseudogenes that appear to be dysregulated in my RNA-seq dataset. We are particularly interested in exploring existing transcriptome data related to these pseudogenes in the brain or any other human tissue. We want to ultimately evaluate if such pseudogenes have been previously reported to be tissue-specific or particularly dysregulated in certain diseases.

Unfortunately, doing a proper search online, I did not find any curated database/atlas which gave me insights about pseudogenes, but only protein-coding genes.

It would be extremely appreciated if any of you has been working with pseudogenes before and knows any dedicated database where I can obtain more information about the ones of my interest.

Thanks in advance!
