Hi Dears, I am trying to do PCA by "EIG-7.2.1, smartpca" in "ubuntu 64-bit". $./smartpca.perl -p par.example
But repeatedly I received this error: "oops -i flag not specified at /usr/bin/smartpca.perl line 21"
I have installed the software in the bin directory by : sudo apt-get install -y eigensoft code. I also tried to download EIG-7.2.1 package, copy smartpca.perl to bin directory and sudo chmod 777 smartpca.perl also I have tried to run using both of "example files" and "my files". Frequently, receiving the following error: oops -i flag not specified at /usr/bin/smartpca.perl line 21
I would really thankful if I can receive your kind advice about this problem!
