If I were convinced that Patagonia was in Southeast Asia but couldn't find it there, I'd look elsewhere. In your case, a simple Goggle search would tell you where to look.
If you follow the search results, at least two useful results will show up early, and neither one is at NCBI:
The point is that Googling usually doesn't hurt even when we know something for a fact.
Download the annotation table here (use download
button) : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/browse/#!/proteins/167/161521%7CEscherichia%20coli%20str.%20K-12%20substr.%20MG1655/
You can then simply convert the table to a BED format file by extracting columns 2-5.
