How to identify the genome build a dataset was aligned too?

Is there any way to figure out which reference genome your dataset was aligned too? I've been given a dataset that looks like this (see below) but I'm not sure how to identify which reference build it's aligned too. Also, where can you download recombination maps for different build?

My suggestion is to go to the UCSC genome browser and search for those SNP accession numbers with the different builds Hg38, Hg19, Hg18, etc until you get a match
