I have various field parameters like tumor growth, age, marker and genotype. I would like to calculate clinical variable based OR ratio, p values for snp marker Input

ID :A1 GENDER: MALE / FEMALE AGE: 45, 78, 56 CASE/CONTROL: Presence tumor(2) and absence/control (1) TUMOR: MARKER: RS00001111 GENOTYPE: AA., GA, AG, GG

I would like to calculate

                OR ratio          Pvalue

I am sorry if its not for statistics. Kindly help me to perform SPSS analysis, what type of analysis will be needed to get these results and how should I give code for genotype
