NGS - CNVnator

Question

Hi,

I've tried to view of particular CNV in CNVnator . I used this command "cnvnator -root test.root -view 10000 > CNVs.txt " after that "1:87244001-87245001" (Size of CNV is more than 1000) but I recived file with this "For file 'test.root'. Can't find RD histogram for '1'." I don't know why. Before I used this command I've done these steps:

1. EXTRACTING READ MAPPING FROM BAM/SAM FILES
2. GENERATING A READ DEPTH HISTOGRAM
3. CALCULATING STATISTICS
4. RD SIGNAL PARTITIONING
5. CNV CALLING and I've recived all CNVs and I've chose significant CNVs

Maybe somthing I missed? It is my first time when I've analyzed this.

Could you help me? I'm beginner.
