Hi, I wanna enrich associated pathway according to the value of tumor mutation burden on R, just like this figure from https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8235024/, and I cannot find out a certain way to do so, any suggest is great！

You could use clusterprofiler to run an over-representation test in R.
