Ploting .pca.evec file by R

Hi there, I just tried to plot PCA using "ploteig" by the following command:

$ perl /usr/bin/ploteig -i example.pca.evec -c 1:2  -p Case:Control  -x  -y  -o example.plot.xtxt
## number of fields: 4
Case:Control
can't open example.pca.evec.1:2:Case

But I'm receiving the error (can't open example.pca.evec.1:2:Case), previously I would be grateful if there is any suggestion or "R script" instead of "ploteig" to create a PCA plot?
